Gagan Majathia

Gagan Majathia is Head of Product at Tracker Networks Inc., where he leads product strategy and development for the company's comprehensive GRC platform. A tech enthusiast with a passion for innovation, Gagan initially coded the Ventrack platform himself before the rest of the team became involved. He serves as the technology leader for Tracker, leading the company's AI initiatives.

Since taking over as Head of Product, Gagan has led the technology transformation of the Essentials Platform, establishing a modern, scalable architecture. He has led the front-end architecture and design, bringing a fresh, user-centric approach to the platform's user experience.

Gagan has built and maintains Tracker's website, inbound lead program, marketing initiatives, go-to-market strategy, and strategic partnerships, establishing critical growth engines for the organization. His journey at Tracker began in sales, where he worked exclusively before evolving into product leadership, bringing a unique customer-focused perspective to product development. Gagan continues to lead these sales and marketing functions, maintaining direct connection with customers and market needs.

Before joining Tracker, Gagan built and launched his own products, including a vehicle configurator platform and a mobile fuel delivery product, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and full-stack product development capabilities. These products showcased his ability to identify market opportunities and build complete solutions from concept to market.

Gagan studied Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Ryerson University, graduating in 2013. His approach to product development emphasizes user experience, scalability, and real-world applicability, ensuring that Tracker Networks' GRC platform meets the evolving needs of organizations across diverse industries.
