Roger Mahabir is Chair & CEO of Tracker Networks Inc. He is a serial entrepreneur and experienced corporate director, having served on over two dozen boards and advisory boards (including chairing) of NYSE, NASDAQ, TSX and Silicon Valley companies in the US, Canada and Europe.

Roger is a proven executive leader and an industry innovator pioneering multiple patents. He is an active Angel investor, philanthropist, and a sought-after mentor to entrepreneurs, students and senior executives. His contributions and impact have resonated globally with multiple awards in a variety of industries, government, as well as technology. Most recently, he was a Corporate Director for the GTAA, which operates Toronto's Pearson International Airport, where he served as Chair of the Audit Committee. He is also currently Chair of the Advisory Board at Cove Neurosciences Inc.

Roger was previously founder, Chair & CEO of Assurent Secure Technologies, a global leader in Cybersecurity that he successfully sold to Telus Corporation. Recognized as one of the IT industry’s top transformative leaders and innovators, Roger served in several C-level roles with Fortune 500 companies, including CIO and Managing Director Royal Bank (Capital Markets & Dominion Securities), GE, Suncor and the Toronto Police Service. Roger was inducted into the Canadian Information Productivity Hall of Fame. His technology Innovations have won international acclaim including being recognized and archived by the Smithsonian.

Roger served as President of the Business Advisory Council & member of the Board of Governors at the University of Waterloo. He has been instrumental in advising several successful start- ups in Waterloo, and continues this work across North America today. He also served as Chair & CEO of Alternative Computer Training for the Disabled.

An innovator in many fields, Roger also co-managed an environmentally friendly grain farm and successful solar energy project, and built an Ontario winery that produced several excellent vintages using the latest cold weather growing techniques.

A graduate of Ryerson, Roger was conferred with a Doctor of Laws degree (Hon) from York University, for his many contributions as a technology innovator and community leader.
