Roger Mahabir is Chair & CEO, Tracker Networks Inc. He also serves as President of Technology Innovations Inc., and as a Corporate Director for the GTAA, which operates Toronto's Pearson International Airport, where he has served as Chair of the Audit Committee.

Roger was previously founder, Chair & CEO of Assurent Secure Technologies, a global leader in Cybersecurity that he successfully sold to Telus Corporation in 2006.

Recognized as one of the IT industry’s top transformative leaders and innovators, Roger served in several C-level roles with Fortune 500 companies, including CIO and Managing Director Royal Bank (Capital Markets & Dominion Securities), GE, Suncor etc. Roger was inducted into the Canadian Information Productivity Hall of Fame. His technology Innovations have won international acclaim and have been recognized and archived by the Smithsonian.

He is a trained corporate director, having served on over 20 boards and advisory boards (including chairing) of NYSE, NASDAQ, TSX and Silicon Valley companies in the US, Canada and Europe. Roger has proven executive leadership experience in retail, financial services, government, manufacturing, telecom, insurance, utilities, exploration and logistics.

Roger is an active Angel investor, philanthropist, and mentor to entrepreneurs, students and senior executives. Roger served as President of the Business Advisory Council & member of the Board of Governors at the University of Waterloo. He was instrumental in advising several successful start- ups in Waterloo from the early 90’s, and continues this work across North America today. He also served as Chair & CEO of Alternative Computer Training for the Disabled.

An innovator in many fields, Roger co-manages an environmentally friendly grain farm and successful solar energy project, and built an Ontario winery that produced several excellent vintages using the latest cold weather growing techniques.

A graduate of Ryerson, Roger was also conferred with a Doctor of Laws degree (Hon) from York University, for his many contributions as a technology innovator and community leader.
